Ian Farr is the founder and principle partner of Creative Development Life Consultancy. He has over ten years of experience in coaching, counseling, teaching, project management, leadership and management. He has a Master's in Counseling, is a member of the International Coach Federation, and has received additional training from the College of Executive Coaching.

Ian has extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults in goal attainment and life- satisfaction work. He has also worked with adolescents in emotional intelligence training, and has performed in-depth research on adolescent emotional intelligence acquisition and development.

Ian’s philosophy is that if emotional, professional and personal development is essential for grooming rising executives into future leadership, how much more appropriate it is to do this work with individuals at a very critical transition and stage of life. It makes sense that the principles which are vital for helping the executives of Corporate America become successful would be of immense importance in shaping the lives and futures of our most important resource, the next generation as they advance into their adult lives and into their roles as the leaders of tomorrow.
