Individual Coaching

     

Individual coaching is a one-on-one relationship between you and your coach designed to assist you in accomplishing your various goals and objectives. People choose to hire a coach to work on a variety of things. A few examples include:

 

  • Getting a promotion
  • Making career decisions
  • Getting into college
  • Improving workplace performance
  • Improving academic GPA
  • Increasing confidence
  • Becoming content and happy with life
  • Improving interpersonal relationships
  • Learning how to better communicate
  • Making difficult life decisions (i.e., marriage, job transitions, college choice, etc.)

The coaching process is a unique and individualized process tailored to fit each individual and their specific needs. Although very specific to the individual, coaching does tend to follow a usual course.

 

  • We act as a thought partner to help our clients come up with a concrete definition of what they want to accomplish.
  • If needed, we offer industry standard assessments to help focus our clients on specific needs and strengths.
  • We help our clients outline a plan of attack and design reasonable steps to help make the task of accomplishing the desired objective or goal obtainable.
  • We offer wisdom and accountability to assist our clients in achieving their desired objectives
  • Once the objective is defined and the plan of attack outlined, we use our sessions to discuss hurdles and obstacles and offer insight into how our clients can overcome their barriers to become the people they desire to be.

 

Our coaches are skilled at working with many different people from diverse walks of life. We work with everyone from adolescents to retired individuals, blue collar worker to CEOs, athletes to academics. We pride ourselves on our ability to relate to a wide variety of people in an assortment of situations.

 

The Coaching Experience

  • Our coaching is typically done by phone in weekly half-hour sessions.
  • The first meeting we have will be a one-time 45 minute session (to allow additional time for getting acquainted and defining your goals for coaching).
  • We require a one month minimum commitment for coaching (one month equals 4 weekly sessions). We only offer coaching in one month increments.
